No pics from me today as Im dressed like a slob to do laundry and help set up targets for a cowboy shoot and I'm in a hurry. Lily and I have our 3.2 miles in and will do another mile after supper. Accountability--eating sucked last night. I didn't drink enough yesterday as I was extremely busy and waited far too long to eat my evening meal (7 hours). Iwas busy unpacking food with hubby at the food pantry and it was way past supper time when we got home. I was starving and my sugar was low so I ate my taco meat,lettuce and salsa and sour cream and then I added 5 crackers and some peanut butter. I need to plan better and have something portable with me and just stop and eat. I stopped the out of control eating which could have just kept going by leashing Lily up and taking her for her evening walk. At least that was good. A scary feeling though and a reminder that those food demons are still there. Weight up a bit today due to the above. Post op 4 years 9.5 months and weight at 118.6 today. Here's the food for maintenance today B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter added L 3 slices deli turkey and cheese and mustard D 31/2 oz meatballs 1/2 c peas S P3 Pak. Have a great day everyone and make some smart choices that move you one step closer to your goal! You deserve it!

I definitely tend to eat off plan when I eat way past my scheduled time.

My biopsy went well yesterday. Not as painful as I had feared. I should find out the result by Monday or Tuesday. Still hoping and praying for benign.

Accountability: I am still celebrating my birthday because I still have the cheesecake in the refrigerator, so I had another small slice of it last night, but I kept the rest of my calories low to make up for it. I also had left-over prime rib for lunch yesterday - YUM! My totals yesterday were: Protein - 63. Calories - 945. Carbs - 69.

Today:

B: prosciutto & mozzarella

L: lettuce, chicken, low cal dressing

D: taco meat, cheese, sour cream, 1/2 flour tortilla

S: light n fit Greek yogurt

S: small slice cheesecake

Exercise: Walking Blossom around the subdivision
