I love your glasses and your lipstick...I've never been comfortable wearing lipstick, I feel like a clown but it looks great on you!

Good morning Daisy and Menu crew. Happy early Birthday Daisy! Weekend plans - saturday we have a neighborhood crawl for charity. Our neighborhood gets together and moves to a few locations through the evening, each host sets up snacks and drinks and accepts donations that we give to our charity of the year. usually ends late in evening and we are having a DJ at the last stop, will be a blast. No news on my Dad or my shoulder, still battling with my previous job as the shoulder issues started there.

accountability was great until bedtimes when i ate 3 handfuls of gold fish and when DW fell asleep I went downstairs for more! Bad! LOL

B - Buddig Turkey

S - greek yogurt

L - Left over T bone steak

S - Buddig meat

D - Scallops - grilled.

Stay healty my friends.

It is rainy and dreary here this morning, my mind is on vacation, picture is from our tripo to the Dominican, was taken from our balcony, we had a great Ocean View.

Good morning :)

Lots and lots of final details to do today... My brother and his fiancee are coming to stay over and my parents are here as well.

Accountability: Last night we ended up going out for dinner and I split a steak dinner with my mom (she's had surgery as well), but I added a piece of chicken and she ate the vegetables. The waitress was very concerned that we didn't like the food with how much was leftover, even after splitting it.

Also, today was my last planned CAMAW day, but after the weekend I want to go back to a similar plan since our cupboards are all cleaned out and it's a good time to stick with it :) I've been very happy with the weight loss and wouldn't mind losing another 5 pounds over the summer.

Breakfast - protein shake

Snack - pepperette, cheese stick

Lunch - pork chop

Snack - turkey lunch meat

Dinner - pork chop

Snack - protein shake

All water and vits.

Haha I had an identical experience yesterday at a restaurant with my mom who also had surgery. We ordered two appetizers and had a lot of leftovers. The waitress was so worried...

UGH! My stupid laptop seems to have died! I'll take it into work later and take it apart to see if I can get it going again. If I can, I'm going to get my stuff off it right away and also order/buy a new one - because I'm afraid it might die again soon! Luckily, most of the pictures should be on my phone camera, regular camera, or email...I hope! It's three years old, which kind of irks me - but then again, I usually replace my laptop every 3-5 years *anyway*, so maybe it's OK. I just hope I can rescue everything!

I did OK yesterday. I had my dinner plans (tuna/chickpea wrap) for lunch and didn't have a regular dinner - although I ate the following throughout the late afternoon/evening: plain Greek yogurt with strawberries, 3 T hummus with 15 baby carrots, SF protein pop, 2 SF fudgesicles, protein chai tea latte. Overall calories were OK, but I'm a little concerned about developing a late afternoon/evening snacking habit. I'm going to try to eat a regular dinner tonight and stay on plan. Weight was back up to 141.8 (was there on Wed as well, but down to 140.6 yesterday) - this concerns me a little, too, even though I'm still within my acceptable range (138-142).

Talking to a pre-op class later on this morning - I love doing this!!

2 years out:

B: homemade Greek yogurt

S: coffee with half & half, mango/strawberry protein shake

L: 1 C cottage cheese, strawberries

D: pork chop, cole slaw made with sesame-miso vinaigrette

exercise: yoga
