What's on your Menu today (Photo Friday) RNYers?
I'm once again making an attempt to be more regular on this post. It's a big help. Sorry, but I still don't do photos. No unusual plans this weekend other than going to DH's parents to do some much needed yardwork for them. They are in their mid 80's and are having some serious mobility/health issues. DH's sister went to do some seriously needed house cleaning yesterday. Their are 10 kids, but unfortunately 2 or 3 of them do most of the work even though all but 1 live locally. Such is life.
Accountability: After my 2 weeks vacation and subsequent gain of about 5 pounds, in less than a week's time I'm back to my pre-vacation weight and even down 1/2 a pound. I'm so grateful for my tool. The dangerous thing is that I found out on vacation that I DO NOT dump, DO NOT have bad reactions to any of the foods I love. I was actually hoping I would, but such is life. At least I can still only eat small amounts anything. Now that I've had "a taste" I need to be even more diligent to keep my eating on plan.
B: Protein Coffee
L: small tossed salad w/tuna salad (can of tuna, 1T LF Mayo, 1T SF Relish)
D: 2 oz. left-over chicken breast, string cheese
S: 1/2 C Greek LnF Yogurt, 1T PB2, 1/2 scoop protein powder; probably some nuts later in the even (counted to portion)

Ravens and I did get to meet up last night and it was sooo great to finally meet in person. If anyone is doubting meeting up with 'strangers' from the internet (stranger danger) I've had nothing but amazing experiences with all of y'all!! MAybe I can try to meet everyone! If any of y'all come to the atlanta area let me know and I can drive down.
Accountability: 16 months out weight 126.8 today Last night I did so much better that I have of past. I had SF jello, 3/4 CM yogurt and about 2 oz gizzards to balance the slider from the non slider foods. OH, and two dill pickle spears. Last night I grilled romaine lettuce, then put pizza toppings on it (no crust). It was great. forgot to make my gelatin last night so can't eat until later today-boo
Food for today:
B: coffee, coffee, gizzards, maybe 1/2 prot bar OR 1/2 prot cake
S:gizzards, egg whites
L: leftover pork bbq
D: something involving romaine and this TON of squash from neighbors. I think the large ones I will make italian stuffed meat and sauce (like a lasagna. hmmm yes, i think that is what I will do)
S:gelatin snack/meat
Exercise: I'm on the wait list for this vinyasana flow class with these special teachers and sound bowls. It is 90 minute class and is an extra $20. BUT my goal is to do yoga 3 x a week minimum and I have only been 2 times this week so I hope it works out.
