Great victories - especially about setting the example for your kids. I'm so grateful that my son DID NOT follow my example. I was morbidly obese for most of his growing up years, except for the times when I would go on a diet, lose and then proceed to gain it all back +. He's 36 and has always been a normal weight, eats healthy (for the most part) and exercises.
