Good morning menu friends.

Yesterday I added 5 pork rinds and 1 oz of smoked gouda cheese to my menu. I was craving salt and crunch. I also cut out the asparagus, butter, and spinach and grape tomatoes. I work the next two nights so there will be no changing of my menu.

For some reason the scale rewarded me with a 1.8 pound loss today...not sure how that worked, but I will definitely take it.

MFP plan - Cal. - 667, Protein - 91, Carb - 22

MFP Actual - Cal 701, Protein - 95, Carb- 13

Today's Menu:

B - 2.3 oz. Smoked salmon, light baby bel round

L - 3.5 oz smoked pork loin, 1/2 cup green beans

D - Salmon burger, 1 cup fresh spinach, 8 grape tomatoes

S - 4 oz. Shrimp, home made ****tail sauce

S2 - Ranch tuna pouch, 7 grams pork rinds

Calories - 681, Protein - 107, Carbs - 15

Have a great day eveyone!!

Good morning DD2 and crew! I am trying to get ready for our opening Saturday, so incredibly busy and stressful. We were off buying hay, golf carts, washer and dryer and fire pits yesterday. I took all food with me except we stopped for hamburgers. You cqn get a lettuce wrapped hamburger anywhere these days, evidently. Yay. Accountability: I did have a few french fries. They were not very good. Weight: I am finally back down to the weight I was when I started CAMAW last week. Meat diets send me the other direction in the short term... need more Miralax or something.

B: Premier Protein chocolate with coffee and Miralax

L: dannon greek yogurt, beef jerky

D: homemade chili with shredded cheese

S: Syntrax fuzzy navel, diet cran something in water.

Have a great day everyone!

B bacon and sausage egg muffins and string cheese

L tuna and cottage cheese

D sirloin pork chop

S Greek yogurt and cutie orange

Have a wonderful day

Good morning all! I feel like my brain fog is lifting and I'm getting back more focus. Yesterday, I was super productive - professionally and personally and I feel really good about that. I still have so much to do to catch up and complete in on both of those fronts, but it's getting better. I love marking things off my to do list, it's my thing!

Accountability - I added cheese to my dinner and ate pork rinds that I did not plan for last night. I LOVE cheese and as delicious as it is, it seems to stall my loses and back me up...I need to avoid foods that scream for a cheese topping. I have only bought pork rinds 2 times since surgery. The first time, I ended up throwing them out because I was snacking on them too much. I just bought this bag and it's happening again. Okay, I cannot be trusted with pork rinds and I have to get rid of them, boo! I just switched over to MFP from a bariatric one I was using so I am on a learning curve. I don't have accurate stats because I don't know how to delete/change my entries yet. Also, I'm finding the macros on some of the items are incorrect and it's frustrating. Ugh, I will figure it out.

6 mo post op - day 4 at 206 (damn cheese and pork rinds)

b- coffee w/heavy cream and splenda, beef jerky/meat stick

l-carne asada and al pastor taco innards

d-eggs and bacon

v/l - started

e-1 hour lap swim

Have a great day all!
