Just a recipe I throw together. Roast the spaghetti squash (I cut in half/remove seeds/season with olive oil, salt and pepper/place upside down on foil covered cookie sheet and bake for about 45 mins at 400 degrees) allow to cool for about ten mins then scrape the shreds into a 13X9 casserole di****op with Alfredo sauce, grilled/shredded/canned chicken and mozzarella cheese and then back it for about 25 mins at 425 or so...I honestly just keep an eye on it and pull it out when the cheese is melted through. I will eat from it for a few days then freeze the rest in individual portions. My 12 y/o even likes it!

I also did some evening eating I shouldn't have. They weren't bad choices (yogurt, protein shake), but it put me over 1700 calories. Feeling like a bloated mess this morning, but sodium and full intestines could also be factors. But at least it might keep me more on track today - this bloated feeling is horrible! My normal range is 138-142, and I weighed in at 141.8 this morning. Being near the top of my range is motivating, too. Here's to a better (eating) day!

2 years out:

B: homemade Greek yogurt, raspberries

S: coffee with half & half, SF latte protein shake

L: 1 C cottage cheese, strawberries

D: pork chop, coleslaw with sesame-miso vinaigrette

L& F yogurt or protein pudding pop later if I can afford the calories

exercise: yoga

Breathe, we can only do the best we can on any given day. Sorry work is kicking your butt, but I know you work hard so be proud of yourself.

Somersaults? I love those things. I only buy them for road trips, because I can eat the whole bag. They go on my list of things that don't seem to affect the scale negatively or positively. But obviously don't want to eat on a regular basis. But they are good.

OK this morning so far, I heated up a dish of crushed pineapple, instead of chicken soup. And when I made my coffee I forgot to put a new pod in so now I've got basically ho****er and milk with a little coffee flavor but I'm too tired to remake if so I will drink it ....laying down now LOL and drinking my hot coffee flavored water. And just for your information this is pre-taking any medication. LOL

Did better with food yesterday in the sense of eating a few more dense things without feeling like I was going to die. So I need to start planning a little because, even though I'm not gaining weight randomness does not do well for my mental well-being . I think HALA's suggestion of taking some Benadryl for the nausea helped I just took a child's dose twice but things went better.

M1: chicken soup, coffee flavored water

M2: protein bar

M3: scrambled eggbeaters bacon bits cheese

M4: protein drink tbd

M5: dinner from friend- she was kind enough to ask what I could have so I think fish

M6: protein hot chocolate, kays protein cereal
