Morning everyone!
Accountability... so I did fine all day, had my planned breakfast and lunch, did not have a cheese stick for a snack, only my beef jerky, and because dinner wasn't planned, I guess I didn't go away from my plan, but I also have no idea how to put what I ate into MFP... I ended up mowing until after 7 and when I came in I was hungry, but we just had nothing to eat, so... I ordered a pizza. Now, I don't eat the crust whenever I have pizza these days, so that wasn't a problem. I ate the toppings off of a slice of chicken/bacon/ranch and a slice of meat lovers... Don't know what my end calorie count would be, but I woke up this morning to another low number on the scale, so I'm happy. I'm winging it these days, folks... not wanting to go and buy a bunch of food since we are leaving to go out of town, so I'm also not stressing over it. I made the best choice I could... and believe you me, there were far worse choices I COULD have made last night (like I was eyeing pot pies in the freezer, and stale tortilla chips in the pantry!! WTH?!)
Weight this morning 138.6, over 12 months out, not quite at maintenance yet!
B: So there are those freezer treats... beef roast and taco meat (and decaf coffee with half and half)

S: I forgot my beef jerky, so I have two cheese sticks in the fridge. I'll eat one if I need it
D: Another Up in the Air night! But good choices are what I'm planning for!
S: Fairlife latte... never did have the one last night!
