Very late again today!
Accountability: I stuck to my plan yesterday to the T. I have not eaten dinner yet but I'm pretty sure I will be sticking to my plan. I there are any changes I will post it tomorrow.
B: 2 eggs, turkey breakfast sausage, 1/2 slice of cheese, 1/4 oz light cream for coffee
L: 3 1/2 oz turkey breast
S: 1.5 oz turkey breast, 1/2oz prosciutto Di Parma
D: 4 oz grilled pork tenderloin, 2 forkfuls of broccoli rabe
S: ostrim meat stick
Cals:671: Carbs:5, Protein:94

I forgot to add that the day after having taco meat with lettuce wraps the other night whi*****luded a minimal amount of veggies, cheese, guacamole and sour cream, the scale showed over a 3lb gain! I said oh hell no! I'm back to mostly CAMAW and the scale showed a 2 lb drop this morning.

I'm working on my diet/food very deliberately.
Trying to stay mostly critter with my lifestyle. That lifestyle includes being intermittently disabled,being a caregiver,being a mother, and loving bakeries. I'm not eating any bread products.
Today I had iced cold brew with milk and splenda
Starbucks egg bites/bacon
Kielbasa that the boy made. (I'm encouraging more critter cooking with him)
A small (thank Trader Joes!) banana with peanut butter.
I'm going to have some ellenos yogurt with peaches or blueberries before I go to bed and I have as needed beef jerky.
