Hi everyone! How are you all? I am okay. Work is kicking my butt and I am so busy its cutting into my OH time LOL LOL I woke up today and was convinced it was on Tuesday, I just had to look at my iPhone to confirm what day it is, UGH I am having one of "those days."

For my AMAW peeps: I am working hard to get out the results, please be patient! Hope to have it out tomorrow or Friday

Accountability: I had no problem sticking to my food at work, in fact I skipped lunch because I was too busy/not hungry. I did eat 3 babybels before the gym instead of 2 and I switched up my dinner & had turkey taco meat with shredded cheese and here's where I made a bad decision... instead of my evening yogurt & raspberries that I had planned I had a couple of handfuls of Cinnamon Somersautls. DAMN YOU tasty nuggets! UGH again its the evening that I need help!! My calories were slightly lower but its the poor decisions that I am mad at myself for. MPF before the changes: 1061 calories, 121 protein, 57 carbs, MFP after changes: 1024 calories, 131 protein, 24 carbs.

3.7 yrs post RNY - maintenance food

B: lots of decaf with 2 vanilla PP

L: tuna/peppers/balsamic

S: 2 babybel

D: deli turkey breast + swiss cheese roll ups + honey mustard

S: yogurt + fresh raspberries + bran buds

TOTALS: 1031 calories, 140 protein, 41 carbs

V: Patches are on (multi, iron, b12, vit D + calcium)

L: 120 oz are my usual (decaf coffee + lots of water with diet cranberry mixed in)

E: yard work tonight (cutting grass & trimming) then 5km run after dinner, take the dogs out if not too hot

Good morning everyone! Thanks to you all for your good thoughts yesterday.

Sorry work is kicking your butt. The only reason I'm not overwhelmed today is because I was stood up for 4/6 meetings yesterday so I got some unexpected work time. But now I need to make up those meetings. Booooo.

Accountability: I haven't updated MFP with my dinner totals from last night, but I ate exactly what I planned throughout the day. I hadn't made a plan for dinner and we ended up going out. It was carb heavy and not the best choice. I paid with a 1lb gain this morning :( As I was ordering, I said to Grim, "you know I am going to have to admit this on the menu thread tomorrow!" Damn you (no, thank you...) for getting in my head.

22 months post op / 117lbs this morning / maintenance diet

B: Iced Coffee with 2% Milk & Smoked Salmon & HB Egg

S: 3 oz Sliced Turkey

L: 5 oz Lemon Chicken

S: Oven Baked Cheese Bites

D: Cheeseburger (no bun) & Movie Popcorn

Totals: Calories: 1104 / Protein: 87 / Carb: 37

Exercise: D'oh. I keep saying I am going to start running again, but I am scared of hurting my achilles again. Maybe tomorrow. Today I will walk 2 miles from the train to the office.

Vitamins: Patches on--doubled up on D3 & Multi, and 1 Iron

As I made the bacon last night I thought, "Grim would be so proud!" Later as I stood in my kitchen whipping heavy whipping cream to put on my strawberries and tart sponge cake I was thinking, "Oh MAN...they are going to know!" Bright side...the guilt made me measure out the whipped cream so I didn't eat more than I knew I was eating. LOL Choices! Every minute of everyday...choices.

I am grateful to have you all here with me though even though you are my guilty conscious sometimes.

Morning Daisy and everyone!

My plan went fine, I ate my yogurt for lunch instead of the taco beef. It's a bad habit I have where if I know I'm rushed, I eat the kinds of food that can be eaten quickly on the go without bothering me. I.e. Mindless eating which contributed to my obesity in the first place. At least it's always food that's on plan, but it's a behaviour I need to nip.

Yesterday's stats:

calories 591, carbs 21, protein 84.

today's menu:

B: premiere protein

L: 2.5oz taco beef and chopped onion and tomato

D: chicken sate and peanut sauce

S: skyr with strawberries

also- the yogurt doesnt stay as long as the meat so it causes you to be hungry faster. at least that is my experience.

hey yall

yoga last night- it was great but a packed house!

Accountability: I was really proud of myself last night. I had 2 oz chicken with some saurkraut and a SF raspberry jello with a tbl of whipped topping. I did have 4 pork rinds also, but no handfuls of nuts, spoonfuls of peanut butter, and chocolate! It was a big win for me, no movement in the scale though. Starting to get frustrated. Would like to get these couple pounds off. Grazing habits sneak back in and that must be stopped. Calories around 967, 107 prot, 32 carb.

we are chicken sitting for the next 10 days- i am already swimming in eggs so we will need to plan for some hard cooked eggs asap for me and DH.

today's menu:

B: decaf/reg coffee, almond milk

1/4 of a protein cake/CM yogurt

S: last of the roast chicken/veggies

L: leftover port

S: hard cooked egg whites only

D: hmmm need to plan something- I might suggest breakfast for dinner with all these eggs...
