Hospital stay

I finally have a surgery date, next Tuesday. I'm excited and scared, never had surgery before. What should I bring to the hospital? I'm worried my things may get stolen

I had my shaver, toothpaste toothbrush and my iPhone charger. And my phone. Also a change of underwear. That's all I needed.

HW 510 / SW 424/ GW 175 (stretch goal to get 10 under) / CW 160 (I'm near the charts ideal weight - wonder if I can stay here)

Congrats on your upcoming surgery. If you use the search function and type in "what to bring to the hospital" you'll see a ton of posts to get ideas. In addition to the items already mentioned, I suggest chapstick and a pillow to place against your stomach during the car ride home. Good luck!

You won't need much. I agree with the pillow

I wore loose clothes to the hospital, and the same clothes home. I had them on for 2 hours in total. I brought my phone and charger. My ride home brought a pillow for the hour trip back. That was it.

one of my post-surgery friends recommended chapstick, something to help with dry mouth, a pillow and your charger :) Good luck!
