Hi All! I pretty much stuck to the menu I posted yesterday. I had a protein fudgesicle at my support group and a chai tea protein shake in the evening (in addition to the yogurt snack I was planning on for my evening snack- which I ended up having in the late afternoon instead), but my calories were still under 1700, which is my limit. My protein ended up super high - like 160 grams. I usually try to keep it in the 100-150 gram range (it has to be at least 100 because I malabsorb it)
2 years out (maintenance):
B: homemade greek yogurt, raspberries
S: coffee with half & half, SF protein/fiber mango lassi
L: 1 C cottage cheese, 8 strawberries
D: probably a turkey burger or turkey meatballs, coleslaw made with miso-sesame vinaigrette
ES: F&L yogurt or a protein pudding pop
I wish my support group had protein Fudgsicle's LOL
