Yesterday went as planned, except for the bedtime cookie, that jumped in my mouth. I probably thought I EARNED it, since I walked an extra mile. Aww...the games we play...
My dream plan, today, is to stay in bed, and eat bon bons, while binge watching Orange is the New Black...but that ain't happening...soooooo....

Hello Menu Crew,
Accountability: Evening snacking is my biggest problem area too! I followed my menu all day until after dinner. I had my 2 popsicles and then decided I wanted almonds. Instead of just taking 8 almonds out, I took the whole bag and set it next to the chair where I was watching TV...before I knew it, I had eaten at least 3-4 ounces. That's an extra ~500 calories that I didn't really enjoy. Yet another reminder that mindless eating is something I still need to work on!

I had to quit buying nuts in bigger containers... I found that, even though they are 'approved' for snacks, I cannot control myself and I eat too many.
Now I only buy them in the individual little bags, and I only buy 1 at a time. It keeps me more honest and less likely to binge on them. Sigh...

Great Idea - I buy the large cans of peanuts and cashews from Sams or Costco and I am always grabbing a handful....I need to stop and this might be a big help....
