So yes! I'll be there in two weeks from today!!!! I get some Elizabeth time, Yay!!!

So, I make my lattes with espresso ground/brewed decaf. I use a large mug, and I fill it over half full with the coffee (I like them dark, almost sludge like ), then I use 2 ounces of the skim Fairlife and I add almost 2 ounces of a SF flavored syrup - I have a variety of flavors), heated in my frother and I give it a light froth (I don't like too much foam, but just a little is good to cover the top. Then I just dump the milk/froth into that sludge, I mean coffee... and drink up! I found that adding the Syrup to the milk makes the froth sweet and I can pretend it's my old friend, whipped cream since I haven't allowed her in my home in probably a month now (yay me!).

it's not nearly as milky as one you might get at Starbucks AT ALL... but I really love them. You could just add more milk if you wanted it creamier.

Wish I could bring my Ninja coffee system with me on the trip... actually... I just might do that! Then I can make them in my little airBnB that I'm staying at!

Did I tell you I'm bringing my little Yorkie with me for the stay? We couldn't find a sitter, and I'm not too keen on kennels, so I messaged the guy that owns the place I'm staying at and he told me I could bring her, no extra charge!

Puppy love! That is great.

Frother...frother...this is a thing? Why do I not have this thing? What magic is this?

I really am looking forward to hanging out again. See you soon!

Boo for the freezer surprises. I have about 6 i need to eat. No idea what they are but I suspect 1/2 are ham and bean soup. Which tasted amazing but I'm just not feeling it.

Sometimes I just have to bite the bullet and eat something I'm not in the mood for because I have too many frozen already... funny thing is though, once I force myself to heat it up, I almost always like it, and I'm always always full after!

Awesome SV!!

Bravo for still being a watchful parent!! I often wondered where the parents were when my boys had girl friends over for hours and hours. Doors ALWAYS open and not out of my sight for very long!!

My son is hanging out at his girlfriend's house. He loves the mother's cooking. He helped the father move furniture the other day.

I've only seen her from a distance.

Good morning Daisy and menu crew. I have been battling some fears about the health of my Dad , though he has finally sought answers,I am a little disappointed that Mom and Dad did not let me know sooner as they have pushed this off for too long. Waiting for a visit with a specialist and then hoping to get some answers and a course of action. I only have positive thoughts though and he will get through this with answers. I have been battling shoulder issues for months as well, impacting my sleep and I am finally going to the doctors today.

QOTD - great idea, I am always right on task during the day, in the evening I am often grabbing a handful of this and that. It adds up, I maintain but I am about 5 lbs higher than where I am comfortable. I will get there.

B - Pure protein bar-

S - Dannon light and fit greek yogurt

L - Boneless chicken breast/cottage cheese

S - buddig Turkey

D - unsure as I have a late Dr appointment.

E - Gym after docs.

Stray healthy my friends. Mike

Hoping you get answers and relief with your shoulder!

And I hope your dad is going to be OK... I think my dad hides **** like that from me, too... and it drives me batty! Lots of positive thoughts coming your way
