Hello menu friends

Today marks 3 months since my RNY surgery. I lost 13.6 pounds in my third month, making my three month total loss 48 pounds. I just realized yesterday that I have less than 100 pounds to lose to reach my initial goal of 145, (92 pounds to be exact). So far I am really pleased with my progress.

I generally never stray to far from my original menu other than switching my meals around some. I plan my menu days in advance and shop for those items.

Since it's so late I'll just post what I ate today.

Cold brew with milk and splenda X2.

all cheese puff things from TJ's-1 bag eaten while waiting for wife to be done with a little surgery today.

ham with mustard

Prosciutto wrapped mozzarella-I love these.

Sticking with mostly critter diet. Since Friday I've had a banana, some blueberries, and vegetarian chili that weren't critter. I'm losing a pound or so a day. I'm in a mindful place and feel gratitude and hope.
