AMAW/CAMAW final thoughts
Happy Sunday Everyone!
Daisy, thank you for coordinating the challenge. This was my first one and I will definitely do the 7 day in September. My scale had not moved in over two months, up 2 lbs, down 2 lbs and so on. I allowed all kinds of snacks and mindless picking back into my life, and thought my body was done with losing. I am nine months out.
Then the challenge, I actually lost 3.4 lbs. It proved to me how much crap I was really eating, and that I did not need it. I really do get full eating protein. So going forward, I am going to be mindful of everything I put in my mouth. I AM NOT GIVING MY 3.4 LBS BACK, I AM NOT!!!!
