What's on your Sunday menu RNYers?
Good Morning All,
Yesterday, I did plan for a post-birthday treat. I had my unsalted nuts and I stopped by Ghiradelli's at California Adventure for 2 of their dark chocolate squares--I've never been a dark chocolate fan but it was yummy. I was very careful not to eat both at the same time for fear of dumping. I did great. I also treated myself to a birthday dinner--filet mignon with a side of mustard greens & Louisiana hot sauce! Today, I am back to low carbs and no sweets even though we are off to the park.
QOTD: My biggest goal is to step foot on each continent during my lifetime especially to visit the Great Pyramids. I really want to take my mother before she is unable to travel--she's a spry 72 yo so I think I have another few years--maybe her 75th birthday.

M3: Hamburger patty with cheese

Hello! Late check-in as we had unexpected chaos this morning. When hubby came back from getting his car washed there were 2 doggies that had gotten out (a large male German Shepherd and female pit bull). They were both very friendly and it was obvious that they had escaped. They weren't wearing collars and it was too early to go to the shelter that can scan for chips. So we put them in the backyard and spent the next two hours walking the surrounding neighborhoods to see if we could spot a fence board that was pushed and asking anyone that was outside if they knew of anyone that was missing their babies. Meanwhile, we had posted on FB and Craigslist hoping to find their owners somewhere. Well as were headed to the shelter with the shepherd to have them check to ser if he was chipped the owner called, they had escaped their yard last night and the pit likes to chew collars-even the one off the shepherd!! So grateful they called since we couldn't keep them much longer (Ruppert was not a fan of them). All ended well!
QOTD: I don't really have a bucket list.
Menu: B: latte, eggbeaters, turkey sausage links and 1/2 and orange L: chicken tortilla soup and yogurt S: latte, Buddig meat, yogurt and granola D: not sure yet- may do bacon and eggs

Hope everyone had a great day!
