QOTD: I don't do garage sales because I know how much I spent for the items I'm selling and get offended when people try to talk me down beyond what I think is fair LOL. But I love going to garage sales!
B: scrambled egg / baby bell light
S: homemade egg white "chips" (no carbs, 7 protein for 4 "chips"!) w/ Parmesan cheese
L: 2 oz rotisserie chicken meat (Costco) / 2 oz quinoa
S: 7 jumbo shrimp
D: 2 oz ground chicken in lettuce wraps (homemade version of PF Chang's lettuce wraps)
557 calories fat/19 carbs/33 protein/68
