Good Morning Menu Friends!

I completed the CAMAW challenge at 100% on target. Didn't weigh this morning since I didn't bring my scale to Disneyland. I was still at 175 lbs yesterday.

I am going to celebrate my birthday today (which was yesterday) by having some nuts & a small croissant.

QOTD: I do like rummaging through stuff a a yard sale. I've only had one myself and I sold everything for $1! Made $300 bucks--had lots of clothes & my brother had toys.

M1: Chai with vanilla protein shake

M2: Small croissant, ham, sausage patty & light and fit greek yogurt

M3: At the park so I don't know

M4: 4 chicken meatballs and light & fit greek yogurt

M5: Not sure

M6: Unsalted mixed nuts

Vitamins: Yes

Fluids: Yes

Exercise: Walking at Disneyland

Enjoy your day!

Good morning! We are thinking of heading to a fair later this afternoon in one of the surrounding cities but not much planned other than that.

QOTD: My hubby likes to go to estate sales and an occasional block yard sale. We have had one ourselves many years ago and it seems like way too much work!

Menu is up in the air due to fair food... prob a bunless burger or chicken. I have had my latte and normal breakfast and I'm thinking of having my normal afternoon snack stuff for lunch... going rogue(lol) and fair food for snack and most likely dinner.

E: 6 miles in treadmill this morning. W/V on track. I hope everyone has a great day.

Hello everyone,

Did lots of running around today and some food prep and cooking. Not looking forward to grilling in the 90 degree heat and humidity tomorrow but at least it's not 10 below zero!

So after completing the 5th day of CAMAW and weighing this morning I was down another lb. That brings my total weight loss to 8 lbs! I am one happy camper!

Starting weight 378

Ending weight 370

QOTD:I love going to tag sales and flea markets. It's always good to get a great deal but I like looking more than anything else. It's hard for me to go right now because of my mobility but its getting better all the time.

B: 2eggs, 2 strips bacon, slice of cheese

L: 3oz turkey breast

S: no snack, didn't want one today

D: ?

Enjoy the rest of your day everybody!
