Good morning menu friends. I am finally getting a post done in the morning :)

I am working all weekend so no plans for me.

QOTD: I have had a few rummage sales - only when the town I live in has a town wide rummage. They do this once a year in the summer for our annual rodeo weekend. It brings in a lot of people from out of town so things usually sell pretty well (except for clothes for some reason).

Menu:

B - 1.1 oz. beef jerky

B2 - 3.5 oz. shrimp , 1 Tbsp. ****tail sauce

L - 3.5 oz. Smoked pork loin, 2 Tbsp. BBQ sauce, garlic asparagus w/ butter

D - Salmon Burger

S - Smoked salmon 2.5 oz. , Baby Bel light cheese round

Calories - 724, Protein - 102, Carbs - 25

Morning folks! I've been on my run and am just finishing breakfast. Today I have a nutritionist appointment and then take the boy to his piano lesson, and then shop for clothes for his piano recital tomorrow and graduation on Wednesday. Hubby is in Harrisburg at a church thing for the day. Coming and going today will be interesting because there is an opossum playing dead in my walkway. Neighborhood cat loves leaving us his finds, last week it was a bird.

Qotd: I don't shop yard sales or hold them. They are held so early on Saturday's- I'm usually not out for errands on a Saturday till 11am or later. Plus I have little interest in other people's unwanted nicknacks.

192 today, 25 months out

m1: 2 scrambled eggs, 1/2c turkey sausage, 1 pancake

m2: Greek yogurt/berries and ham/chicken deli roll

Good morning!! I hear you Erin, coffee with cream is so dreamy right now!!!!

Going to be a very busy day of fun with BF. I haven't been able to spend much quality time with him over the last few weeks. He has truly been there for me, incredibly supportive and just amazing so today is all about him (he planned our day!). We are taking the dogs to the beach, catching the Belmont horse race at the Roadhouse Saloon (there will be betting!), bowling, BBQ, Board games -wow all B's! Then a nice fire and a movie tonight.

QOTD - I don't have the patience for yard sales and for that matter- bargain stores or thrift stores either. I really wish I did because I'm jealous of the super deals and special finds I hear about. I just don't like having to sort/search through tons of crap or multiple locations to find something I might like. It's just not worth it to me. Call me crazy!

Good morning weekend folks! I'm back from my pool time and that makes me happy. I certainly love my time in the water even though I am far from skilled in swimming. I'm thinking that I may need to take lessons again to improve my skills sometime. Plus I am still working on improving my lung capacity from my infection last fall. That said, I do love my twice weekly deep water aerobics and we also try to go once or twice over the weekend. I feel so relaxed.

The forecast is for a pretty hot day so I don't know if I will get in a long walk or not. I've mapped a new route that I'd like to try sometime, so I may just go anyway.

QOTD: I haven't had a yard sale for many years. I usually just take things to the local thrift store instead. I can take things as I clear out rather than stockpiling for a big sale.

Breakfast1: 2 ounces turkey breast

Breakfast2: scrambled eggs, turkey bacon

Lunch: TJ's turkey

Dinner: filet mignon, mashed cauliflower

Exercise: 45 minutes swimming laps, 5 mile walk

Morning guys!

Yesterday was the final day of the school year, so my son's class (which only meets M-Th) got together at a trampoline place and then went to a splash park after....much fun was had, but while the kiddo got a nap on the drive home mommy did not (because cops usually frown on attempts to nap at the wheel right?!). I was so exhausted that I went to bed at 7:30 and slept for almost 12 hours. I finished out CAMAW down 5lbs and feeling great! This morning I had an appointment for an MRI on my ankle, trying to figure out what exactly is causing the problems I'm having when going up the stairs. I noticed the technician was drinking a Lift Protein drink and asked her how she liked the flavor, we got to talking about protein and it turns out she had a DS last year. It was nice to chat with someone who has been where I am and I told her how excited I am and she wished me luck and then on the way home hubby and I hit the Y so my exercise for today is already done.

QOTD: I've had one or two but I'm not a fan of bartering and inviting random people to come by my home. I don't tend to go to them either, most of the things for sale aren't thing I really need and would just add more clutter so I'm ok with passing them up.

Menu:

B: Egg & Cheese Wrap

S: Protein Shake

L: Lean crustless pizza

S: TBD

D: Beef Stew w/o potatoes

E: Lifting day!

Countdown to RNY: 11 days!!

Have a great Saturday!!

Morning!

Im going to jump in and start posting here. Hope you don't mind. I really like the accountability and the ideas I'm getting from everyone. You all seem so nice and encouraging-I don't want to leave! ?

Im not one for yard sales. I should hold one. I have so much crap. But I don't. Today I'm in bedroom hell. Gutting and cleaning. I need to organize it better. I can't sleep in there as it's cluttery. I have issues I know!

Im sticking to the CAMAW menu today.

Breakfast: tea with Miralax and premier protein.

Snack: Greek yogurt plain flavored with coffee crisp protein powder.

Lunch: BBQ chicken wieners.

Snack: BBQ chicken wieners. ( why did I cook the entire pack? Lol)

supper: Steak!!!! Steak! Steak!!! On the BBQ.

Exercise: cleaning and probably some tears of frustration. I went to IKEA and have a dresser to put together. This is going to be interesting.

Hope everyone has a great day!!!
