I'm taking the morning off and using a guest past to a different gym (a friend gave it to me several months ago). They have an Aqua Zumba class at 9:30 and some other pool-based class that sounded interesting at 11:00. So I'll do both. The second one is in their warm pool - which is a salt system (as opposed to chlorine) as well. Should be great! I may work remotely this afternoon since I have to work this weekend (boo!). At least I'll be cool at work this weekend - it's going to be a scorcher!

QOTD: definitely something from the cat family!

2 years out (maintenance):

B: plain homemade Greek yogurt with strawberries & flaxseed

S: SF protein/Miralax vanilla latte shake

L: probably carnitas or Moroccan-style beef stew

D: meeting some friends at a Cajun/Creole place. They had tacos on the appetizer menu (either grilled crawfish or grilled shrimp) that I will probably get, since not much else looks bariatric-friendly (tons of rice dishes - nope!)

Good morning.

I would probably want a Bear or a Gorrilla. Someone real big that I can snuggle with.

My meal plan didn't quite work out yesterday. I tried to eat half of a fiber one wrap with my taco meat and I think it was just too dense so I ended up sick after the first bite and couldn't eat or drink after that. So I missed my protein goal. But todays another day so here it is:

B: Premier Protein shake

L: Reduced fat Turkey bacon and egg white sandwich from Starbucks

D: leftover ground turkey taco meat with a little cheese

Totals: 635 cals, 33carbs, 67 protein

Vitamin patches on

Long walk at lunch.

HW: 287 SW: 266 CW: 149.2

invalid check in as well.... up 7lbs from IV fluid. yikes! Had a nerve block yesterday so today will be the day of painkillers every 4 hours and ice. Just got off phone with doc, he said today would beworst then get better. He also said, couldnt have gone better and i absolutelty needed to have it done. words you like to hear.

menu: latte,tea,chicken soup, and as i feel up to it: grilled chicken, eggs, pork carnitas,protein drinks

Selfie with my new friend for 4-6 weeks..the proceeded to drop phone in toilet. ugh. been in rice and seems to be coming back to life...but also seems to have rice stuck in charger port...double ugh.

What a bummer about the phone! Definitely keep up on those pain meds and rest up.

You may have to wear that sling for 4-6 weeks, but you'll look good doing it! You are much braver than me. I am not getting on the scale for a wee****il the IV fluid weight, drains and pain pump are gone. I don't need that mind game.

Push those fluids, eat that protein and take those pills. It'll be better before you know it!
