Thank you Gina. My husband isn't a picture person, but when he gets all cleaned up I like to take his picture. He's my handsome pain in the ass. LOL

Good morning!! I love Fridays! I weighed myself today. I was 189.2 on Monday and 186.4 this morning. I am happy with my loss.

I really missed eggs this week. Everyone's deviled eggs look really good!

Last night was hard. I felt really emotional and angry/sad. I went to my room and drank some hot tea. This journey is hard sometimes. I wonder if I was having some sort of hormone dump. I feel like I mourn food at times.

Todays menu-

miralax!

4 chicken sausage

4 ounces shredded chicken with hot sauce

s- chomps meat stick

D- grilled steak.

My steak was so delicious and satisfying yesterday. I think I'll have another. It's also date night for my husband and I tonight. Both my kids are working tonight, so I think we will grill some flesh and rent a movie. Have a great day everyone. Stay strong, stay committed.

I definitely mourn food and the ability to give in to cravings. I doubt that will ever go away.
