Woohoo day 5!!!!

This morning there was no change to my weight, still a total loss of 3 lbs. I am good with that, I know what is going on...sorry for the TMI but today is the first day of my period and even though I have been adding my fiber powder to my meals every day I have not gone to the bathroom since Monday :(. I'm going to take something this evening to help with that and am hoping for a loss tomorrow.

Doing this has definitely helped me get back to basics. Yesterday was hard but I stayed strong. On my way home from work my hubby called and asked me to just grab a pizza because he was not going to be able to BBQ since opening the pool was taking him longer then expected. I did as he asked, and the drive home what torture....a hot steaming Hawaiian pizza in the back seat smelling so delicious that I could almost taste it. But I stayed strong and did not give in. Instead, I got home and dropped off the pizza and went strait to the basement and got my workout done.

MENU

B:3/4 milk w/coffee and fiber powder, 1 turkey bite and light laughing cow cheese.

MS: Skyer yogurt

L: 2 oz meatballs, 1 turkey bite and light laughing cow

AS: ham and cheese roll up and a coffee w/milk

D: Inside blade beef steak 2 oz

ES: protein shake

CAL: 872 / CARBS: 32gr / FAT: 37gr / PROTEIN: 100gr

Hello fellow meat eaters & critter cravers!

Finally the last day, & while I missed my pb2 & coconut cashews, I'm not craving, or at least not overly craving for them. Rode my bike to BJ's looking for those darn cashews only to find they didn't have them either, but I did see them on Amazon & finally found out the name.

Daisy, the coconut cashew bars are called Anastasia coconut cashew crunch & it seems like they're usually in Costco, just not the one I go to, apparently they ran out. Oh well, at least I know the name now. lol

The week has been good, & other than 1 slip up, I've done well. I even lost some weight, 3lbs. Amazing what you can do when you put your mind to it. Being 3 years out I can't remember losing 3lbs in a week especially when my calorie counts hadn't changed much from the week b4, but upping the protein & cutting back on the carbs has helped, a lot. So I'll keep this up awhile longer.

My menu so far:

B powerbar protein shake

S eggs

L Angus meatballs

S moon cheese

D Tyson chicken fillet

S Shrimp/salami

TGIF everyone. What a great week stayed 100% to plan. I honestly can't wait to weigh myself tomorrow morning. Of course before I have my coffee

Daisy a big thank you for all your hard work putting this together.

So today I have the following, but I am not sure for what meals I will be eating what. Honestly yesterday and today I have no desire to eat. Just not hungry from all the dense protein I have eaten this week.

3oz filet mignon with 2 slices of bacon

3oz chicken strips with 6 pieces of pepperoni

Can o tuna. For those of you who like garlic the Yellowfin tuna with roasted garlic is very tasty.

66 oz of water in. Vitamins done. 30 mins on treadmill done.


And a couple of pictures of my daughter and me and then my husband and me at my step-dad's 65th birthday a month ago. I planned the entire thing for my mom and it was a great.
