Yay to everyone for making it through the week :) I did great! No cheats at all, and it wasn't too difficult, but this is my 3rd or 4th CAMAW.

I made the mistake of watching the Great British Baking Sow last night, though, and mmm......I was craving a savory pastry parcels. But I resisted going downstairs to get anything, and just drank tea.

So far I am down just under 2lbs from Monday (but I think some of that was a false weekend bloat). I hope another pound might drop off today, but I am not counting on it. I don't think I did anything drastic enough this week to really make that much of a difference.

Good morning :)

I went my friend's food tasting last night and I'm so proud of myself. I had a little taste of cream of tomato soup (thankfully it was cold soup and I find that gross lol), a little bit of goat cheese from the salad course, and then chicken and beef tenderloin from the entrees.

Came home and my SO who hasn't really been doing anything special weighed himself and is down 1.4 pounds. Not fair!! Lol. I weighed myself this morning and I'm down 4.4 pounds so far. I've decided I want to lose about 1.6 pounds to my mini goal, which is where I was the day I bought my dress.

I'm continuing on with this plan for a few more days. I'm so happy with how things have gone. I will definitely be joining in next time!!

Breakfast - Greek yogurt and SF syrup

Snack - kielbasa

Lunch - ham and melted cheese

Snack - turkey sausage

Dinner - possibly chicken skewers

Snack - protein shake

All water and vits.

TGIF, my friends! I have so enjoyed getting to know some new peeps !! I am SO going to start posting on the daily menu thread, now that it has become a habit, and I have already been outted, as a "boring" eater !

A nasty migraine (is there any other kind?) knocked me out of walking yesterday. I DID crawl, down the hall, to my bed...and that DID take effort...but my damn Fitbit gave me NO credit for it...

I'm out of roast...Yep, I ate the WHOLE thing, by myself, this week...one bite, at a time!

B: Coffee, Protein Shake

L: Baked Chicken

S: Devil Egg (no pic - haven't made them yet), 1/2 Babybel Cheese

D: Baked Chicken

S: Devil Egg, 1/2 Babybel Cheese

W: minimum one gallon

E: 2 mile walk, core training/weights

"Boring" is often the key to being successful -- a key you obviously have used well.

Awww....thanks, KAT! I have found, in the past, that VARIETY=TROUBLE...or the leftovers go to waste, because I can't eat them fast enough. If I freeze them, I tend to forget they are there...

Plus...as we all know...I am not exactly the Martha Stewart/Julia Childs type...more than 5 ingredients?

Count me out !
