Day 5!!!

made it through this week! I've been feeling so good and in control.

Only issue is that the miralax isn't working -so tonight I dine on senekot or MoM.

Menu for today:

breakfast: tea with miralax and premier protein

snack: Greek Yogurt with added protein powder( coffee crisp flavor today-Delish!!)

lunch: tuna with balsamic

snack: 2 BBQ chicken wieners

supper: BBQ short rib

snack if needed: BBQ chicken wieners.

Exercise: treadmill. Water is going in no problem. Let's hope things start coming out! Lol

I'm going to keep this going for another few days. Not ready to stop just yet

Late post for me again today. Working days today so I have been really busy. Will catch up on posts later.

I have lost 2.4 pounds so far - we will have to see what the scale says in the morning.

No pictures again today.

Good evening all!!! I made it... Not only did I do CAMAW but I made it through the week(almost I am going into work tomorrow because I know I have a desk I know I do) at work not including the commute which was 1.5 each way I have worked 63 hours this week.

I am doing well still have not caved. Have I wanted to yup I have but I just keep thinking of all of you and think we can do this.. Again today I did coffee and a couple of pieces of gum but the gum has been because I ran out of water in my meetings or while driving and was thirsty, I need to plan better for that. Again, I was tempted with the yummy food but I resisted temptation and was proud of myself and got lots of compliments for being able to resist temptations all week.

Food for the day:

B: 1.5 hard boiled egg white (I kind of dropped one in the driveway 5 second rule did not apply) 3 slices of bacon, coffee with ff half and half

S: 2 slices of bacon

L: 2 slices of roast beef, slice of turkey and slice of swiss cheese

D: cheeseburger no bun w/ ketchup

Enjoy the evening... I can not wait to hope on the scale in the morning and see how I did...

It was such a hard day. The only thing that worked was that it was the last day.
