1 day post-op... Full liquid diet help
Thank you all for the suggestions. I definitely don't have an appetite for anything. But I've gotta get something in me. Ill do the broth and water and try the milk. The oatmeal I had gotten was the baby Gerber oatmeal and not the regular one. It was on the list that's why. But I don't want to do anything to jeopardize my healing and weight loss. I was let out the next day because I had no pain after surgery except gas and I had went to the bathroom so they were satisfied. Thank you all again for your advice. I really appreciate it.
My centre does allow oatmeal on full fluids, it also allows cream soups so long as you strain them. I've been eating those, applesauce (unsweetened) and the odd s/f jello. Plus the protein shakes of course.
