Hi Daisy & fellow meat minions & critter cravers!

I would have to say my aha moment was not concentrating on what I was eating, like too much snacking, & doing an eating around my sleeve thing to get all my dense protein in. I'll have to re arrange my meals cuz I'm trying to fit in too much too late at night.

I totally forgot to add in my chicken cheese melt in my menu yesterday & its a little of a slip since it was pre packaged in a half pita & I was more concentrated on something quick, plus it was in my lunch bag at work for weeks. I knew if I didn't eat it soon it would get fuzzy! ewww. Challenge, what challenge!

Anyhoo my menu so far:

B premier protein shake

S eggs

L angus meatballs

S Salami

D tyson chicken fillet

S Nounos yogurt

Even had coffee sans cream, not bad, not sure if I'd do it on a regular. Gotta experiment as to which ones I'd drink black versus the ones that need just a little cream.

Have a great day everyone! Heading into the home stretch!

I'm pretty sure "fuzzy" would add more calories

SS - Couldn't help but notice your meats, today, all have pretty high sodium contents...sorry...force of habit...old nurse/Mama here...

Could that be contributing to your blocked pipes?
