Oh ok, I misunderstood you. So the Magnesium Citrate bottle is what I'm going to buy.

Wish me luck :)

Good Sunny Morning everyone. I so didn't want to go to work today. Would have preferred to stay home to finish my garden and work with my young mare. She did amazing yesterday when I asked her to walk over wooden pallets. That is all part of getting her ready to learn how to trailer.

My AHA moment has come this morning. I am not hungry at all to the point that had my husband not asked where my lunch bag was I would have left the house with nothing this morning. And I have been sleeping super great at night. Not that I normally don't, but I always wake up at least once the last few days I have sleep a solid 7.5 hours.

B: 3oz corned beef with bacon and spicy mustard

L: 3oz filet mignon with shrimp

D: 4oz rotisserie chicken strips with bacon wrapped around them.

S: 1.5oz turkey jerky (can't wait to try it), pork skins with pepperoni 6 of each

Cals: 854 Carbs: 7 Protein: 124.8 Sugar: 5

66 oz of water in. Vitamins done. 30mins on treadmill

I had to throw a picture of my mare April I am working with. She is one of the smartest horses I have ever owned. Love her to pieces and can't wait to ride her.

Thanks Kat. April is the most colorful horse I have owned and she has the personality to prove it. LOL My others were solid colored with maybe a bit of white on their face or around their hooves.

She is also overweight, but I tell her she is my rolly polly pony. Of course her being a Gypsy Cob and her ability to gain weight on air doesn't help. She is the only horse I have ever owned who did not need any form of grain. She gets minerals and supplements with hay and water daily.

She was a curious bugger even at 4 days old. Disregard the date stamp that is incorrect she was born March 30, 2012

I was born and raised in Chepachet. Heck most of my family still live there. My dad lived in Pascoag until he passed a few years ago and one of my cousins lived there also until she passed last year.

You're not far from me at all. Do you go to Quaddick Pond in Thompson at all?

Small world!! I know where is but I have never gone there. I used to go the back roads to pick up 395 to get to Worcester for work.(Wallum Lk Rd--Buck Hill Rd--Sand Dam Rd--Thompson Rd--395)

I'm roughly 4 miles from Quaddick just over the Thompson line. Have you always lived in Pascoag?
