Morning!

Day 4, here we go!! It's my 9 month surgiversary, and this challenge helped me meet my goal of aiming for at least 10lb loss per month, for as long as I can. It's starting to get tricker to do that, but I squeaked in at 11.5 this month.

This week has really reinforced the accountability I feel towards this board and everyone on it! I haven't met anyone (yet!) But posting here, and reading really is a major factor in my ability to stay on track.Thanks for being here, everyone!

Also, that I love vegetables, and miss dairy less than I thought I would (other than the convenience factor)

Menu:

B: protein shake

L: leftover rib meat, I haven't weighed yet, but around 3oz

S: 2oz salmon

D: haddock

update later with pics and proper stats.

Congrats on your 9 months and your awesome weight loss so far! I love your goal of 10lbs per month, that's very attainable for you since you work so hard. I could not agree more about how the farther out the harder it is to get the weight off, boy oh boy truer words have not been spoken!

I am thrilled that you see the value in accountability and being present on the boards, that is exactly how I feel too. Hey maybe Teena & I can meet you half way in Kingston or something one day, we should do that, OH meets up are the best!

I also have realized I miss certain foods a lot less than I thought I would.

Keep up the awesome work! You are doing so amazing and I am super proud of you girl!

Congratulations on nine months! I'll be 9 months out on the 23rd and for some reason I thought you were much farther out. Must be all you wisdom and success.
