Good morning AMAW/CAMAW folks! Okay I am a dumb ass and didn't listen when you said to take your miralax. I gained a pound and am feeling very bloated. Stopping on the way home to to get miralax and milk of magnesia and perhaps a jack hammer .

Good evening!! Another long long day and let me honestly tell you that today the struggle was real for sticking with CAMAW with this crazy and all the food being stuck in my face but I am still being strong and the only bad things I have had are coffee and gum... So again I will take it. Just wish I was getting in more exercise.
I have been in such a rush to get out the door in the morning I have not thought about stepping on the scale until I am all dressed and I be damned if that is going happen because we all know that is not the time to do it!
My food for the day:
B: 2 hard boiled egg whites and 3 slices of bacon
S: 2 slices of Bacon
L: Grilled chicken and steak tips
D: Pulled Pork....

I am here. Late day posting.I had a crazy, busy morning. Today was hard! Work really stressed me out. I am home now and did not cave,protein all day!!

Lots of water and vitamins. I just kept telling myself that I have come to far to go back now. I really wanted some popcorn today. I know it was out of stress. I will rewire this brain of mine!! I will learn new coping skills.

Hi Daisy and Fellow Meat Lovers!
I was MIA yesterday because my internet decided to quit working and I wasn't able to get it fixed until just now! Yikes! Going without internet for two days is REALLY hard!
I stayed with the CAMAW program, though and stuck to my plan. Today I have eaten:
B: prosciutto & mozzarella (twice)
L: bacon & a little bit of melted cheese
S: a light n fit Greek yogurt
D: hamburger patty with cheese
For a snack tonight I will probably have another light n fit Greek yogurt.
Exercise: Walking Blossom around the subdivision once it cools off a bit this evening.

Late post for me again. I didn't get my menu posted yesterday, I ended up sleeping most of the day. I ate shrimp, a protein shake and a salmon burger.
I ran around all day today and don't feel like I got much accomplished. Back to work for me tomorrow but at least I'm on days all weekend.
