DAY 4 - AMAW/CAMAW - post your menu here!
Good morning meat crew! I had a great on-plan day yesterday. We have a guest staying who made two rhubarb crisps on Tuesday. I politely refused, and she knows that I had WLS AND that I am doing meat all week. Lot of conversation about it. I was off island yesterday having eye surgery. When I got home ladt night, there was an ENTIRE rhubarb crisp in my refrigerator, and a piece on a plate on the counter seemingly ready for me to eat. I ignored it. This morning, though, I took the fork, broke off a piece, and smelled it. I want you all to know that I resisted that evil thing. Easily. Hah! And I sent it back to them 15 minutes ago.
B: Premier Protein chocolate with coffee and Miralax
L: Dannon greek yogurt, 1 oz salami and 1 oz pepper jack
D: Hamburger patty with 1 oz pepper jack
S: beef jerky, 1 oz, diet cran something in water
Totals: 918 calories, 108 peotein 26 carbs 54 fat

Good morning meat mates!! Honestly, this has felt like a no-brainer for me. Mind you - I have been crazy busy and haven't had a moment to over think anything, so that's good. Not hungry what so ever so that helps also. I can't wait for coffee to be back in my life!
6+ months post op - 209.3 today - 5 down for AMAW - for a total of 100 POUNDS GONE!!!!!!!!

Morning meaty peeps!
So August will be a year since WLS. For the last few weeks I've been hungrier so I figure my hunger was coming back. Evenings have been especially hard. It's pretty normal for this far out. Well, not anymore! It's hard for me to eat more than twice a day now!!! I am not hungry at all and I kind of dread eating!
Today I have bacon wrapped pork loin for breakfast, hamburger steak patty for lunch and Carne Guisada for dinner. I doubt I will have any snacks but I have cheese & chicken mousseline just in case.
Oh and coffee with creamer and miralax
