Post Op 13+ months

WOW I'm really late to the party this morning. I actually had to do some work when I got here! That's unusual. Was at the gym again this morning....was a weight day so will need to be out and about today to get the steps up. Yesterday I did 20,344 I think that's my highest day ever!

Not gonna lie Daisy, I'm a little jealous of those devilled eggs! Def on the menu for Saturday!!

Today's menu:

B - Italian sausage

S - 4 oz beef meatballs

L - bbq chicken boob (3 oz)

S - deli turkey (4 slices)

D - sloppy joe meat

Totals Cal 594, Carbs 2, Protein 86

doesn't seem like much but it fills me up!!

Almost Friday! Hang in there everyone!

Running 100MPH today... and have been all week long. I'm exhausted both physically and mentally (teenage girls are tough!)...

Barely even read your post, Daisy! BUT... I AM HERE!! And, I AM PERSEVERING!

No plan this morning and my plans for work changed and I ended up coming out here to the field office. No food here in the fridge to fall back on, and I didn't grab anything as I ran out the door. I did, however pass up the local gas station yummy breakfast burrito I half convinced myself I needed and went to McD's... ordered a Black decaf and 2 orders of bacon instead... I have wanted to cheat since yesterday morning BADLY... the emotional eating pattern is fighting to come out... but I'm holding strong(ish).

Last night we went to The Garage for a late dinner after working at the aunt's house until almost 8pm... I somehow managed to order a bacon wrapped hot dog with chili... NO CHEESE, NO ONIONS... and even though Hubs ordered french fries, I didn't have even one. My son baked a cake yesterday and desperately wanted me to taste it. I had him wrap me up a small piece and asked him if I could wait until Saturday morning to taste it...

So my menu today is so messy... but so far I'm holding on to my AMAW challenge!

Oh, and the most ironic things?? I was up .2 pounds this morning! I haven't lost an ounce yet... Today the scale can go F off...

B: black coffee and 4 pieces of bacon

S: I have pork rinds and beef jerky that I had in my car

L: Maybe the above, or maybe I'll stop in the little town I'm in and see if I can't find something if I need it

S: No clue... more beef jerky if Need it?

D: No clue... will be another late night getting ready for the estate sale starting tomorrow but I WILL PERSEVERE...

Lord help me Saturday morning...

This was last nights dinner! It was truly so yummy! I did add mustard, and didn't eat all of the chili (even though it's bean free, I just felt like it was not pure, so I went light on it) and I did not touch that bun!

Im doing well I think, yesterday's evening was hard I've snack more then I've planned for, but didn't touch stuff that there are not on the list an extra yogurt, bite of kielbasa and cheese.

The weight is down on Monday I was 61.6kg today 59.3kg.

Menu for today not sure yet shrimps and pressed cottage cheese that's what I have in the fridge.

The AHA moment for me - I was making lunch for my husband and I didn't care for the fresh garlic buns that I bought for him and those buns are delish. I'm so happy because I've put too many simple carbs back to my eating. It feel so good looking at them without craving.
