DAY 4 - AMAW/CAMAW - post your menu here!
on 6/8/17 3:13 am - GTA, Ontario, Canada
Meat Minions & Critter Cravers! (thanks Pat R and sorry can't remember who came up with critter cravers!)
Day 4, home stretch! 48 hours to go! Don't give up now if you are thinking of throwing in the towel, you got this! Don't quit on me now!
So inquiring minds want to know, how are you doing? What has been your "aha" moment in the last 4 days? For me its how hungry or snacky I was in the evenings. Once I settle in for the night around 8pm I want to eat carbs. Now I have zero hunger, I am not even finishing all my food for the day, its quite eye opening for me even at a mere 3.7 years post op! I find this way of eating really easy, hope you all are too.
Again just a huge thank you for everyone doing this, supporting each other, the great menus and food ideas! This AMAW is successful because of all of you!!! Keep up the great work!!!
So I have lost 3 lbs now and still I have ZERO hunger!

Nothing fancy here: usually get 2 bags of Twinings chai and add 3 oz of Premier Protein Vanilla Shake to make 20 oz. If I use Twinings decaf, I use 3 bags.

Awesome thanks! I picked up some vanilla premiere protein to try, and wasn't a huge fan, but I think adding to chai will do the trick!

I love Fit Frappe Chai Latte protein shake made by Big Train. It's avabilable on Amazon in the US, but not sure about Canada...
