Morning gang!

I took Kat's advice from yesterday, and it's a much easier way to get the information from MFP to OH.

This is a lot fewer calories than I normally eat, because I usually have some cheese and Quest bars thrown in there. And no ribeye or burgers, which are higher in fat and calories than ham and steak tips. But honestly, this is about as much meat as I can put away in a day without forcing it.

You truly are the meat king. Your menu shows how your maintenance calories don't have to be high even with eating a lot of meat...

I see Dr. Garth Davis on Instagram and FB, he has become a vegan zealot (is there any other way)... I wonder how he reconciles that with being a Bariatric surgeon and having to recommend protein forward diet....

That is a good layout, I might have to try Kat's way, I like it!

Like Cynthia said, you truly are the Original Meat King, look at that menu!

And I LOL'd that "snacks" to you are steak tips and polish ham, yup only a Meat King would appreciate that!

Snacks would normally be ham and cheese, and meals would be a ham and cheese sandwich, using the Sara Lee 45 calorie bread. Not for AMAW though.

I also won't do a burger without cheese. It just aint right.

hey yall- for the most part i have done well. I have gotten 'backed up' so ended up eating some peanuts and 2 oz of rotis chicken last night to help speed things up in that area and have taken some mirafiber this morning also. yep peanuts aren't meat... I felt for some reason my body 'needed' it, but likely it was just my HEAD not my body. In some ways, this was an improvement over eating too much popcorn or 3 tablespoons of PB and chocolate so I'm taking it as a quasi win for me.

No weight loss and actually a 1.6 gain from yesterday. 124.6 today. it is a combo of turkey tail (salt), water weight, and poo weight. I don't think I ate 1.6 pounds of peanuts last night though I wanted to. Progress not perfection....

I started a new exercise routine and that always makes me hungry. It will tone down after a fewdays.

Today for food I am having:

coffee/almond milk

rotis chicken asian soup (dinner)

ham or something (lunch)

exercise- yoga at 6 pm

therapy today - 4PM will have to fess up about the peanut/rotis chicken before bed incident. oh well.

Me too (backed up). But I'm hoping the miralax I've been taking and finally being at home for a while this afternoon will break the "logjam".
