Good morning, DAISY, and ALL !! Yesterday went, as planned, including going out to eat, with high school friends. I had a grilled shrimp salad, without the salad--at a Mexican place :)
I think I have decided to forgo fish, until I can put something with it. Tilapia, shrimp and tuna didn't sit well, the past couple of days. I didn't even LIKE seafood, prior to WLS, but have grown to love it...maybe I just like the side dishes ???
To make up for the fish, I'll use a protein shake, instead of coffee creamer today, to at least bump up my protein numbers....See - I can compromise!
B: Coffee/Premier protein
L: Chicken
S: 1/2 Protein shake
D: Roast
S: 1/2 Protein shake
E: 3.2 Mile Walk/Run
Water Goal: 1 gallon
I need to tell EACH of you how much y'all are helping me. I didn't even realize how much my body, MIND and soul really needed this reset!
I haven't weighed. Not planning to, until Saturday

Thank you! The roast, in the pic, is cold, and looks like there is GRAVY, on it, but I promise there is not :)
My BFF told to cook it in the crock pot, with a pot of black coffee--nothing else--I thought she had flipped (she DID just recently go into Leukemia Remission, and has been thru an awful lot!)...but I think it is the best roast I have ever had !!

I am so glad you decided to join us this week Gina, and love that your whole well being is being positively affected, that is so wonderful!
I agree that fish needs something, and your mango salsa you mentioned is a fav of min too, so put that on the menu for next week!
Awesome that eating out with your friends you were able to eat CAMAW still, that is a WIN for sure!
