Happy Hump Day peeps. This week has been going very well for me.

Oddly enough I feel extra happy and have even more energy than usual. Not sure if it is due to not having coffee and all the protein or just knowing that the next few days are going to be nice weather wise.

I haven't weighed myself to see if there has been any loss, but I know my belly has gotten less poofy.

Daisy question about pork rinds they are part of the critter menu correct? There is recipe for something that requires them, but before I made it this week I wanted to check.

B: 3.5oz Corned beef with bacon and spicy mustard Yum

L: 3 chicken meatballs with 6 slices of pepperoni

D: 3oz filet mignon with 3 shrimp

S: 2oz beef jerky

56oz of water in already. Vitamins done. 30mins on treadmill with 10mins of weights

Cals: 760 Carbs: 19 Protein: 73

Your menu is so amazing I just sit and stare at it for a few minutes! Those chicken meatballs! YUM!

Yes pork rinds are fine on AMAW or CAMAW, go for it!

Love that your belly is less "poofy!" Mine is too actually! And come to think if it I swear I have more energy too, hmmmmm there must be something about meat that makes us happy! LOL

Awesome that I can use the pork rinds. I am going take pork rinds and some cooked bacon, food process it up and use it for a "breading" on some chicken either tomorrow or Friday. I plan to dip the chicken pieces into warmed bacon grease to make it stick (since I can't use eggs and cream).

The meatballs are so yummy and filling. I like the chicken breakfast sausage with blueberries, but didn't get them because they have big pieces of blueberries in them. The meatballs are more of a flavor with no actually onions in them.
