T where did you get or what brand are these coconut cashews, I must know so I can get JB & Grim to pick me up some if they are just available in the US!

Ginny a couple of weeks ago at the Burlington Costco they had them as one of the samples I kept circling the person convincing myself to try them but I made myself stop, I so wanted to buy like 20 bags, I LOVE coconut and don't think I could be trusted to just eat "one serving" that bag would be gone in one sitting, forget one serving.
But thanks for the recommendation, maybe one day! I just don't trust myself, that's the problem!!
I think they're in BJ's. I was gonna pick some up, careful though, it does have sugar in it, its the 1st ingredient, but so far it's the lowest in calories for a bar of this kind & still tastes good that I've seen in the big box stores.
Most times these kind of bars are way too close to the 200 calorie mark & way too high in sugar for me to consider it, but these were only 60 calories & 7 carbs. I can't remember the rest off hand, but I do know that 3 pieces is 1 serving. Not bad if you only want a taste of some sweetness.
If I find it, I'll let you know.

Well they're definitely not in Costco's, I looked today & couldn't find them. I must've bought them in BJ's. Careful though, I was getting seriously hooked on them. I even forgot the name brand. I only remember what the bag looked like. Dont'cha hate that! I know that it does have some sugar in it though, but it's so far the least amount of sugar, calorie wise, that I've seen in any coconut cashew bar, plus they're small. Good for just a taste.
I just remember that its 3 pieces per serving at 60 calories & 7 carbs, but the first ingredient is sugar. Why oh why! wah, wah, waaaahhhh!
Now there is a Lola granola bar at Costco's that's similar, but again, the 2nd ingredient is honey. However these are pre-packaged bars inside a big bag, so I can't just dip my hand in over & over & keep munching. It's also a slightly bigger serving size. 80 cal, 40 from fat, 1 sugar, 8 carbs, 2 protein.
A bar made with oats, honey,cashews, almonds, coconut, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, coconut oil, cinnamon, pure vanilla extract. Yes I'm reading the ingredients since I have a bar right here, but I'm not eating it.

Morning guys!
Yesterday felt like a crazy bunch of running around, but it was all good stuff - capped off the day with my son's kindergarten orientation. You know what I discovered? School gymnasiums still smell the same as when I was a kid, and they're still hot and stuffy if you put a bunch of people in them! We walked to and from the school so that was like a little bit of bonus exercise. I also got a chance to stop at the butcher yesterday so my menu today will be tasty. So far I'm down 2lbs from Monday!
B: Coffee, Premier Protein Shake - I ran out of FF 1/2 and 1/2 yesterday so I think I'll try adding some of my shake to my coffee. I'd give up coffee before I'll drink it black, I just can't hack the taste
