Found a CVS and got myself a cheese stick, beef jerky and moon cheese. Meh. Not my best work, but fit the CAMAW requirement and keeps me snacking during the meetings so I can avoid the ridiculous amounts of pastries and candy on the table. Oh and the cake from a wedding shower... offices are the worst.

Does the cake from the wedding shower have that real thick sugary frosting like on Italian wedding cakes? Ok, I need to stop drooling right now! LOL! I am not a sweets person with the exception of donuts and that thick frosting that a lot people hate.

I LOVE that thick sweet icing too, and donuts.... yum! I will fight ya for the icing that people leave on the side of their plates LOL

the frosting flowers are my fav, I used to insist my piece of cake had a flower on it, INSIST and then proceeded to eat everyone else's flowers of their plates, I was a sick woman pre surgery LOL
Good morning AMAW/CAMAW folks! I'm doing well and enjoying the challenge. I do miss my veg though.
The weather is supposed to clear later this morning so I anticipate a long walk at lunch today.
Breakfast: hard boiled egg, 2 pieces turkey bacon
Snack: Ice Tea protein shake
Lunch: TJ's Lemon grilled chicken
Snack: Turkey breast
Dinner: 3 ounces steak
Totals: 582 calories, 86 protein
Exercise: long walk
