My dear Meat Coordinator, I am loving CAMAW.

Breakfast: 2 cups of coffee with 3 tablespoons half and half a piece

108 cal, protein 3, sugar 6

Mid-Morning Snack: Jack Link Beef Jerky

2 oz, 160 cal, 24 gram protein, 12 gram carbs, 10 grams sugar

Lunch: 4 oz chicken breast

180 cal, 0 gram carbs, 25 grams carbs

Dinner: 4 oz chicken breast

180 cal, 0 gram carbs, 25 grams carbs

You are right Daisy, day 3 is definitely a challenge for me. I almost dropped out, but saw your post and am going to stick with it!!! Thank you for the encouragement Daisy!

Pretty basic menu today.....

B: Hard boiled egg w/ chicken sausage.

L: Cheeseburger patty.

D: Baked Tilapia

S: Greek yogurt, Swiss Cheese.

Feeling so positive .... Yay CAMAW!!

Good evening all!! Happy day 3.... I'm late to the party but I'm here... I have had a pretty good day lots of meetings. Yes I have had coffee, a couple of pieces of gum but at my meetings I have held strong with no carbs, fruit, veggies or desserts....

I actually feel pretty good I was worried about headaches but so far so good. My only negative is that with all my meetings I am certainly not getting in any exercise.

My food for the day:

B: 2 hard boiled egg whites and 3 slices of bacon

S: 2 slices of bacon

L: slice of Roast Beef, Ham, Turkey and Swiss cheese

D: 6 meatballs cooked in sauce but I rinsed them off and reheated them with cheese.

Day 3 a little hard since I am on vacation but I am hanging in with good choices

totals: calories 678. Protein 97. Carbs 12

I didin't post yesterday, but the menu was the same as on first day, expect supper I did have small greek yogurt.

today pretty much the same

B plain greek yogurt, coffee with milk

S 0.5 oz cheese

L 2.5 oz turkey deli, cheese string,1 laughing cow wedge, coffee with milk

S pork rinds, 2oz kielbasa, hb egg

D 4oz pork chop, 1 oz greek yogurt dip, small source greek yogurt

S clover leaf tuna dill and lemon, SF jello

Day 3 and what a day it's been. Work will kill me. Lol

haven't weighed myself. Will wait till Sat morning for that. I'm hoping for a good loss. I do have some vacation bloat to get rid off. I'm not confident I'll see a big change. Having bathroom issues. Been taking the restorikax but still just waiting for it to work. Oh well. I've had issues since surgery.

I went out last night and we ended up ordering dinner. I did ok. I ordered a steak salad and never ate the salad. No one noticed or commented!! I find friends like to comment on everything I eat.

Here's what I ate today:

Breakfast-tea with restoralax and premier protein. 3 slices of turkey bacon

snack: skyr Greek yogurt with a tablespoon of poptartz protein powder. Surprisingly good!

Lunch: pork chop and Heinz 57 sauce.

Snack: last of my steak I had pre cooked. 2 oz.

supper: BBQ hamburger with BBQ sauce.

No need for snack tonight. I'm full. I'm living how full I'm feeling. I was thinking I "broke" my tool. Now I'm thinking she wasn't broke after all!

Exercise: did an hour of weights with my trainer and then 45 min intervals on the treadmill.

Tomorrow morning im starting back to my early morning runs. I miss them and I think it will help with the energy. I was just told that my iron is low. So tonight I start on iron supplements. Cross fingers it works!

I'm having such fun. I'm feeling much less "hunger"

I'm eating london broil,shrimp, some great cheese from Pikes Place Market,and later I'm eating a tuna pouch.

I also ate some really good steak jerky yesterday but I don't have any satiety with jerky.

One thing begets another thing. I'm being better about taking my mulitvites.

I'm going to Google Mg+ and K+ foods to help with some leg cramps.
