Down a pound (carbs from weekend gone). Crazy day, but meals are planned.

L: ham and cheese (maybe heated)

D: scallops

S: coffee with vanilla premier protein shake; cheese sticks; yogurt

Calories: 855 ; Protein: 118; Carbs: 35

Good Morning,

I am having so much fun coming here and reading everyone's daily meal plan. Stayed on plan 100% and added some pork rinds & jerky as my last 10:30 PM meal. Scale still at 175 but I am not phased. I am feeling better--I had to hide the nuts I have in my office. Every time I opened my cabinet, they called my name!

M1: Chai with vanilla protein shake

M2: Turkey patty with dannon light and fit greek yogurt

M3: 3 meatballs

M4: Pork rinds & jerky

M5: 3 meatballs with dannon light and fit greek yogurt.
