Hi Ya'll!
I'm still hanging in there and have done great so far! I've not lost any weight, but I'm not surprised because my scale doesn't respond to what I do for a couple of days... HOPING that by Saturday morning when I weigh it'll be different.
VERY stressful time for me right now, so the fact that I'm making it through this challenge without blowing it so far is a miracle in and of itself...
Yesterday I ended up not eating everything again
B: Bacon 4 pieces and black, black coffee
S: Beef jerky 5. ounces
L: Sirloin tips fried up in butter in my cast iron skillet! 3.5 ounces Yum!
S: I have an extra sirloin bowl and some beef roast, and I still have that chicken leg... Tomorrow I don't think I'll need to bring food in! LOL I don't know if I'll need any of this today either. But I will munch on the pork rinds and the final serving in the bag
No time for MFP just yet... I'll figure that out later!

Good Morning and welcome to Day 3. I have to say Day 2 was easier than Day 1...but that is the truth, when I stick to simple it is easier.
Weight 164 this AM. I have not lost any weight, but I am OK with that, as I don't feel I need to. My biggest victory this past month or so, is I lost the regain, am at the lower end of what I consider my maintenance zone and am stable. STABLE!
Stability was eluding me for months, and I was sitting and bouncing around in and out of my maintenance zone and into what I consider my 'oh crap' zone....anything 170 or above. So huge win for me!

Good morning meat and critter eaters!! I had another day of no hunger and I'm feeling good. Stopping the BLT/carbs has made me feel so much better. I'm surprised I haven't had any withdrawal. Previously eating low carb I would have flu like symptoms with seriously bad headaches for days. I imagine the quantity of food I was able to eat before compared to now is why. I'm very comfortable eating all meat. I do miss my coffee with cream, but I am surviving (although all bets are off at 12:01am Saturday!).
6+ moths post op -AMAW - 211.0 today- down another pound for a total of 3! This is so awesome!

Hello Everyone!
Yesterday was way better than Monday for variety and I think I did really well. I am shocked at how much I miss eating veggies. Sorry Grim.... That's really the only change I'm making but when I finished my dinner last night I was full of steak but was dying to just have a bite of my husbands broccoli, but I resisted and came through for the win!! I also had two decaf coffees yesterday black and it wasn't that bad. I'm doing CAMAW but think I need to cut down on the half and half and sweetner. This morning instead of half and half with both my morning decafs I had one with an 1oz premier chocolate instead and it wasn't bad. Would have been better with vanilla but I tried and accomplished it. I don't know how all of you just give up coffee. I've substituted one coffee with tea this morning and it's just not the same. I don't think at this stage I'm ready to go completely off coffee. Kudos to those trying.
Today I'm down 1lb to 144.6! (3.6lbs to "normal" and 4.6 to my altered goal of 140-although I won't stop there)
