Awww you guuuuuuuys.... I left my packed lunch bag on the counter and I'm currently sitting on the Commuter train into Boston :( No turning back, so I'm going to have to wing it. I'm also in back to back meetings for the next 9 hours so I'm not sure how this is going to work.
But as a starting "win" I had my coffee black this morning!

SHUT UP! That sucks girl!! Well looks like its a stop at the grocery store on the way to the office. Maybe you can do a mini Trader Joes retreat today LOL Well at least you know what you are eating tomorrow, its already made and in the fridge!
OMG you did it too, went black coffee! DAMN good for you. I might try it but going to be honest I did it last AMAW and hated every. single. sip! LOL

I have a 2 mile walk from the train to the office and probably pass 30 Dunkin' Donuts (#Boston), but no grocery stores...
So far I'm thinking: Sous Vide egg bites from Starbucks for breakfast, and the insides of a Jimmy John's sub for lunch? Definitely not the plan I was going for, but the choices are limited and my first meeting starts at 8 and I don't get a brea****il 4:30pm.
We were literally shocked by the number of dunks in Boston. You guys take that place seriously!!
Their corporate headquarters are there!

And I really liked Boston ...
Now I have to rethink this.
(I am more of a Starbucks woman...)

There are plenty of Starbucks, but there are probably 7 or 8 Dunks to every 1 Sbucks. There are multiple places in the city where they are across the street from each other. You never have to walk more than 4 blocks to get to another one. It's insane...
YES! I think I may have shared this, but the last time I was in the City it was for an International Law Symposium, and I was presented a paper. The night after our presentation we went out for dinner and then on a pub crawl back to our hotel. Our last, drunk-assed stop? Dunks for coffee and donuts ( a bunch of donuts . . . in theory we were going to take them with us on the plane home since we were on the first flight out.) What I found interesting is there were two Dunks right across the street from each other; one was busy, the other not so much? Why?? Is there a difference? Did one have better donut selection? Was the other one out of coffee? Is that typical??? It would be a good subject for a cultural anthropologist.
Ugh! I thought I had it rough because I'm eating canned salmon for lunch hahaha... I still think I do lol
in shocked by the number of dunkins every time I go to Boston! Like I'll be standing outside one, and see another one!!
