GREAT use of your down time at the commuter lot! I'm really ramping up my steps too... granted Pokemon hunting with my nephew isn't exactly exercise but we do get in a few thousand. I'm also trying to sneak more and more into my work day. I've been getting up every 50 minute and walking around the (city) block, or walking up several flights of stairs.
I was getting in 3000 steps a day the month after my surgery, and I'm averaging closer to 9000 now :) My work days are far better than weekends, but part of that is due to not wearing my Gear Fit as consistently on weekends.

Quick post (in the office). I am doing CAMAW. I did ok yesterday. Loved the vanilla protein shake as creamer (I think this will continue).

S: cheese sticks, yogurt, coffee with vanilla protein shake

I don't know how I have lived without the vanilla PP in my coffee as creamer! Why did I not discover this sooner, its awesome right!

Gina! This sad little Canadian can't get all the flavours up PP up here! I mean why torture us! Literally all I have eve seen is Chocolate & Vanilla PP, and they only sell it at Costco here and the Costco by me only stocks chocolate, I have to go out of my way to another Costco to get vanilla. Sad right. I know I would love the Caramel, I mean who does not love Caramel!!
And we also don't have Targets, Trader Joes, HEB, Aldi, Publix and all those cool supermarkets you all have and don't even get me started on how we don't have Light & Fit Yogurt, its horrible up here in the land of snow & ice and only two flavours of PP ha ha ha ha
I have to try PP vanilla in my coffee I use way too much half and half. Great idea.

Good Morning everyone. What a great day 1 of AMAW. No issues with not having coffee and I think it is because I knew I wanted to go no coffee for AMAW so I started weaning myself off of it for two weeks.
Much more organized this morning.
B: 3oz corned beef with bacon and spicy mustard
L: 3oz grilled chicken with 5 slices of pepperoni
D: 4oz filet mignon with shrimp
S: 2oz beef jerky
66 oz of water in so far. Vitamins done.
30 mins on treadmill done.
Cals: 658 Fat: 21.8 Carbs: 15 Protein: 63
