Good evening all!!! I am home for today yippee I left my house at 5:30 this morning and it is now 7pm and I am fried... But it was a good day of meetings and productive.
How am I doing? Well yesterday was pretty good today I am proud to say not to bad considering for lunch we went out to my favorite Italian restaurant but I did it I stayed on plan and did not cheat. I looked at the menu online last night knew what I was ordering before I walked in and did not even look at the menu in order to be tempted and did not even have bread! I did it!!! The only thing I have to say that I did fail on was I did have a cup of coffee today with caffeine in it but if that is the worst thing I did today I guess I will not feel to bad.
B: 2 hard boiled egg whites, 3 pieces of bacon and decaf tea with FF half and half
S: 2 pieces of bacon
L: 3 oz of grilled sirloin tips w/ ketchup...
D: 5 shrimp with spicy ****tail sauce
I know I need something additional to eat but since it is so late I am really not feeling it I just want a cup of tea and to catch up with you all oh and read all my work e-mails...

Doing a fly by tonight - will go back and read posts tomorrow when I get off. So looking forward to my two days off.
I am picking up some sliced smoked pork loin in the morning from my dad (he loves to smoke and grill - we picked up the pork loins in Texas when we visited last month for 99 cents a pound.) I need something other than fish to eat, I think I will also cook up some chicken while I am off. I love fish, but its been a little much the last two days.
