DAY 2 - AMAW/CAMAW - post your menu here!
Good Morning Everyone, happy day 2!
Day 1 went well, never ceases to amaze me how when I eat protein forward all of those cravings and "big pouch" days I feel like I've been having magically go away and my pouch feels small again :) Always to good to reset and remind myself!
Menu (today I have work breakfast and lunch meetings, but I can still totally do this!):
B- 1/2 Cheese Omelette
L - 1 C. Tuna salad (no lettuce/veggies, just the tuna salad scoop)...I'm doing CAMAW, is mayo ok for this? I hope so???
D - Jalapeno Turkey patty with slice of cheese
S - Beef Jerky
Also, thanks for the PP as creamer tip, you'd think all the PP's I've consumed over the last 3.5 yrs, this thought would've occured to me, but apparently I'm slow on the uptake, lol. I've forgotten all the great tips I can get on OH, I'm happy to be back! Have a great day 2 everyone!

1st day was fine despite the granola episode:-) I did try vanilla Premiere in my coffee this morning, didn't care for the taste so I stuck with the cream.
I keep trying to post pictures of my food and they are way too big. I followed the picture tutorial, still won't size right. I will keep trying.
B-Plain ole yogurt(6oz)
L-Grilled chicken breast
S-1/2 Orgain protein shake
D-Grilled pork at Pho restaurant
May add in some cottage cheese tonight if I get the munchies.

I am so glad we are doing this challenge this week! It's just what I needed kick start my weight loss again! I couldn't freakin believe the scale today! It was my friend again! :) Can ya tell I'm a happy guy?
