I think the popsicles are fine... it's no different than flavored SF water... only it's frozen.

SF jello is OK too!

Good Morning Meat Eaters,

Stayed on Critters menu 100%. I did swap the talapia for hamburger patty with cheese & 2 slices of bacon. I felt great. The 9:30-10 PM meal is helping to alleviate the snacking on nuts...now to get rid of the big jar of Costco nuts...

This morning, the scale read 175 lbs., so the same as yesterday. Today is meatball day:

M1: Chai with vanilla protein shake

M2: 4 chicken meatballs with dannon light and fit greek yogurt

M3: Turkey burger with dannon light and fit greek yogurt

M4: 4 chicken meatballs and 1.75 oz hamburger patty w/cheese

M5: 4 chicken meatballs

M6: maybe some pork rinds

Fluids: yes

Vitamins: always

Exercise: maybe
