I would also count it as 100% successful. I think you are doing great and staying away from donuts at work and candy on a co workers desk is awesome.

No pictures today, I'm super busy. I have training in an hour and I have to get some stuff ready before then. My night went reasonably well, though I struggled there at the end. But, must better overall and back at it today.
22 months since surgery and weight at 166 this morning

Good morning!! Yesterday was awesome! My plan for today is as follows.
B- 4 chicken sausage
S-chomps beef stick
L-Albacore tuna
S-chomps
D- Trader Joes Chicken Chili lime burger
670 calories, 3 carbs, 87 protein
Lots of water and vitamins ready
I'm not gonna lie to you... I had a hard time yesterday. BUT, I DID NOT have anything that wasn't AMAW friendly.
Ended up not having the extra chicken leg, but I did have the entire ounce of beef jerky, plus maybe another 1/2 ounce in the car, more pork rinds than I should have, and 3 wings for dinner instead of the chuck roast... oh, and then 3 pieces of bacon while I was cooking it last night!
But I'm here, clean and sipping on my black coffee... and you know what? I don't mind it one bit to be honest, but what I did realize yesterday - and will have to see about today - is that I was hungrier in the morning before I eat breakfast. I usually have my 2 cups, each with 1T of cream in it before I eat any food. I think those 2T of cream is just enough to keep me feeling fuller in the mornings. I'm going to have to think about the calorie exchange. I'm not giving up my Fairlife Latte at night though... it's 2 ounces, and it keeps me from the pantry about 95% of the time. I can't wait to have a nice big hot latte Saturday morning!!!

S: pork rinds and beef chuck roast or a chicken leg 70-385
D: Sirloin steak 3 ounces 210 calories
S: black coffee and maybe more bacon or steak or whatever it takes if I'm snacky! LOL
840-1223 calories for the day Hoping for the lower end of that! LOL

OMG, it sounds like we use coffee in a very similar way, and my experience was pretty similar to yours. I also noticed that I was slightly more hungry yesterday morning, too. But THIS morning -- I don't feel it. I wonder if it isn't more of a mental mind game? I am trying to keep an open mind.
I actually get no response at all from caffeine -- I drink a coffee every night right before bed. Like you, my evening coffee really helps me get through the desire to munch in the evenings --
I have put my coffee in a covered cup. It's not as depressing if I can't see that it's cream-less!!! HAHAHAHA.

I know, isn't it interesting that something as small as some milk/cream can affect your hunger?
I feel better today. Hopefully I won't stress eat, and my numbers will stay low. I just have 4 million things going on, and with hubby out of town, my work is double this week... but I am just concentrating on our vacation in less than two weeks!!!
to Lady Godiva! While I only drink decaf because I've had issues with caffeine for a long time, I am still very attached to my coffee, especially since my WLS. It's probably the most important thing I need every day!
