BTW, totally off-topic -- (and perhaps slightly inappropriate, but hey, that's me!) -- I assume that's your pic in your profile and not stock photo -- you're absolutely beautiful!

Thank you! We had a photo booth for my high school 30 year reunion. We decided to ham it up and be silly.

How did you get the nice printout? Getting stuff from MFP to OH is horrible.

CRAP!! I meant to answer this last night when Daisy asked, too!! I hope she sees this -- because that has been the bane of my posting as well. I hate re-typing or reformatting from MFP -- because I am so meticulous about it in the first place, it feels like a punishment to do it twice.

So, here's how I do it.

Once I am done entering everything, while in the menu mode of MFP, click on "full report -printable" at the bottom of the page. A new "print" friendly page will open, and you will need to remove the excess things such as exercise/water/notes (you un-tick those things and then click the radio button that says "change report") -- this will make it more concise.

I am on a Mac -- perhaps at this point on a PC you can then go to "file" select "save as" and then change the format to a jpeg? I am not certain, because I rarely use a PC any more.

However, on a Mac, I click "file" and then "print." Once there, the print menu opens, and in the lower left corner there's a selection box with "PDF" and a down arrow. If you click on that arrow, you will see several options. One is "Open PDF in Preview" -- select that as this will allow you to save the file type to a jpeg. You must convert it to a jpeg to make it post-able like a photo. Select "export" and then save format as "jpeg" -- being sure to choose the location (I use desktop) that is easiest for you to find.

Then, of course, you will treat it as any other photo.

If I wasn't clear -- just let me know.

That makes perfect sense. I would still have to do it on my desktop, since that is still too cumbersome for my phone or tablet. But it's easier than copying and pasting the text from the full report. And no matter what I do to reformat nicely, the columns never line up well, and vary from browser to browser and platform to platform.

Morning Meat Friends! My first day was 99% successful. The 1% is because I folded and added some salsa to my taco meat, very little but it was a little too dry without it. Other wise I did well- stayed away from a box of powdered donuts left out for grabs at work, candy jar on someone's desk that always has my favorites chocolates, and didn't steal a single french fry off of my son's plate. No breads, no sweets. I haven't had hunger return since surgery- so hunger is not an issue for me-- its the mental mind games of wanting a certain taste texture. Yesterday's stats came in at 1,086 calories, 126 protein, 18 carbs!

I'll admit I was expecting to see some dazzling movement on the scale for my effort-- ha! It stayed absolutely the same. I know you've been encouraging Miralax, but I've not needed it at all since surgery- so since this is my first CAMAW challenge I'm just gonna see how my body responds. I told my husband about the challenge and got the totally confused, stupefied "why would anyone want to do that" look. Yup, I'll just continue to keep this to myself. Last month he said he wanted to lose 12#'s by June-- he made his lunch for a week and then gave up. ::sigh::

Frankly, I think you did awesomely yesterday! I so relate to wanting the texture of certain foods -- and having to navigate co-workers heroin/sugar stashes laid out on their desks and in the break room.

When I work at Case Western, the break room is filled with two things: pastries and sweets --- and women lamenting that they can't lose weight no matter what they do. I feel like I am the frog in frogger dodging trucks made of sugar just to get to the damn restroom in the back of the kitchen!!

Oh, I'm so glad my office isn't that way!

That would ruin me on a regular basis I have a feeling.
