Hello everyone!! I posted my AMAW menu on the other post, but wanted to come over here too and just chat!

So we have been very busy all weekend... my husband's uncle married a Filipino woman when he was in the service. She's a hoot, and we love her and her family (he ended up bringing over several of her siblings as well as her mother over the years). He passed away a couple of years ago, and by default (we live closest), in many ways we've become the surrogate for this family... Aunt moved to be with her son in California, and LOOOONG story short, we have been packing up all of the belongings she left in the house (A LOT), and moving a huge amount of it into her sister's house (3000 sq ft to about 750 sq ft)... to say I worked hard this weekend would be an understatement! Still have what's left to get organized and ready for a moving sale on Fri/Sat. Oh, and of course hubs got called out of town, so guess who's doing most of the organizing in the evenings after work?! Sigh...

I weighed in this morning at 142.4. 12 months out. Hoping to see the top of my maintenance goal after this week of AMAW (135-138)... just in time for vacation!

B: black coffee and a chicken leg

L: 3 ounces of fajita meat

S: chicken leg

D: 4 ounces of pot roast

S: Beef jerky and maybe pork rinds if they are OK

Good morning! I had a wonderful weekend adventuring and relaxing in equal parts. Did a bunch of meal prep work last night and I think I am ready for the week. Tonight is D&D and I am looking forward to hanging out with my geeky friends and rolling some dice.

QOTD: Debit card almost always. There are several places in our little town that are cash only so I have to get out cash occasionally.

Menu: B: 3/4 cup 0 Fat Greek yogurt, 1/3 cup homemade granola, 1/2 cup grapes; L: Chobani Simply 100 "Crunch" and a banana; D: Meaty Ricotta Bake; S: Apple

Accountability: Weight down to 125, Smoking wa**** and miss this weekend again. Arrrggg....so hard. We ended up doing a long road trip with a friend who smokes and so...wagon, thump, fell right off. Back on the horse yesterday though and once again no more are in the house. Onward ho!

Back home after a weekend of learning to shoot a revolver and taking the concealed carry class. Picture to follow of my qualifying target. I hit 30 out of 30 in the black which felt great and felt so confident by the time the weekend was ever. NEVER would have done this when I was obese. Lily and I got our 3.2 mile walk in early and will do 11/2 miles after supper. Post op 4 years 9 months and weight at 117.4 today. QOTD debit card or credit card all the way. Only time I have cash is to do laundry. Here's the food for maintenance today B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter added L 31/2 oz deli turkey and cheese 1/2 c green beans D 31/2 oz salmon 1/2 c green beans S sm apple with 1 T peanut butter. Have a great day everyone and make some smart choices that move you one step closer to your goal!
