First- You would probably fit in my suitcase. :)

Second I am not sure a romper works unless it is French. hahaha...

Third- I know! That dressing room, and that wasn't even a fancy high end store or anything...

You seriously look ROCKING! I cannot believe you're in a lace romper and killing it! You should be a Dr. Michael's model on his website - wowza! I lived vicariously through your trip. I am so glad you guys had such good weather and did so many incredible activities.

Thanks Emily... I had posted the Romper pic on Instagram and Dr. M actually reposted it on his... I can't believe how bold I am in my old age.... What doesn't show is the back of the romper from the waist up is see through lace. Maryann says I should wear it to the grocery store...My girlfriend here calls it 'man-bait' haha

good weekend- busy- we got back from vacation on late friday night. was so happy to have 2 days to veg and get caught up from being gone a week. the beach was great and I only gained 1.4 pounds so all things considered...

My goal for camaw is that i get rid of the carb cravings. it really is true that carbs beget more carbs. I noticed this on my vacation. I did get to have a smore at the campfire and it was awesome. I also got to try some choc PB fudge and a buckeye and a few other goodies so that was great. I did eat waaay too much popcorn so that now is on the no fly list for me. some things don't need to be in my home and apparently that is one of them. I did buy a jar of PB last night and it has stayed UNOPENED so far. sunday was grocery shopping day.

QOTD: we usually are a cash family but I have gotten off track the past 2 months or so. We budget a certain amount per paycheck for everything then when the $$ is gone, it is gone till next payday.

Menu on the other thread.

Mornin' All!

work yesterday wasn't bad - the regular summer (class) session hasn't started yet, so the library was pretty empty. Which is good and bad - it's very relaxed and not busy, but on the other hand, it seems to make the day drag on forever! This will be a busy week - then I'm working again next weekend. But then no more weekend shifts for the rest of the summer - yay!!

QOTD: I usually only use cash for small amounts (under $10), because I like to be able to track my expenses - plus we get rewards for using the credit card (we always go for airline miles as our reward, so we've taken a few free trips). Our card doesn't have an annual fee, and we pay the balance off every month, so we're costing them money. But I don't like using debit or credit cards for small amounts because I know it's kind of hassle for the vendor, plus it just seems odd. My husband doesn't share these sentiments, though. I see these transactions on our bank statement for like $4.23, which drives me nuts!!

2 years out (maintenance):

B: homemade Greek yogurt, flaxseed, raspberries

S: coffee with half & half, vanilla chai tea protein shake

L: 2 oz pastrami, tzatziki sauce, mustard, and cucumbers on Flat Out Flip-It

D: carnitas with lettuce, tomato, and plain Greek yogurt on a Flat Out wrap

another Greek yogurt or SF pudding pop later if I can afford the calories

exercise: still kind of limited as to what I can do, so maybe the stationary bike. I need to do *something*...

Hi All, posting my CAMAW menu in both places :)

I was a disaster this weekend in terms of my terrible eating choices! It included copies amounts of popcorn, some fried dough, and Mac & Cheese. Seriously. Why do I do this to myself?? Happy to have a detox week to get my head back in the game. Thanks for doing this periodically, Daisy!

QOTD: I use my Apple Watch to buy coffee, my iPhone to buy gas, and credit or debit cards for the rest. I do keep some cash on me for splitting the bill and tips at Starbucks, but that's about it.

22 months post op / 118lbs this morning / CAMAW week--hope to lose 4lbs to get to 114 by Friday!

B: Coffee with 2% Milk; 1 HB Egg; 1oz Cheddar Cheese Cubes

S: 3 slices Chicken Breast Deli Meat

L: 4 oz Instant Pot Crack Chicken

S: 3oz Trader Joe's "Just Chicken"

D: TBD--steak or pork chop!

Exercise: No, but tomorrow I am back to the gym!

Vitamins: Patches on!

Why oh why do you not use the Starbucks app? Pre-load that sucker and start collecting stars. Only way to get free drinks! I live for double star days!
