I am so excited for AMAW!! I woke up with a smile on my face and asked my husband if he knew what today was!

I was 189.2 this morning. I am a woman on a mission!

B- 4 chicken sausage

L- 4 ounces shredded chicken with hot sauce

S-chomps meat stick

D- scallops

82 protein, 537 calories, 3 carbs ( from the scallops)

lots of water, my vitamins and 2 cups of delicious black coffee.

Ah! I have been wondering what the heck this acronym was! I'm chuckling though because I pretty much have eaten this way exclusively for 5 months now! But hey, I can confirm - you lose weight!

8+ months postop Starting weight 227.4

Menu

B: Coffee w/ premier vanilla and generic miralax Pepperoni slices w/Mexican low-fat shredded cheese

L: shrimp w/ ****tail sauce and extra hot sauce

D: Boneless pork loin chop

S: No fat plain greek yogurt w/ 1/4 pkg single serve wild strayberry drink mix

Cal: 689 Prot:111 Carb:8

Turkey and Homemade pepperoni, Mexican blend low fat cheese



Shrimp and Premier protein, not eaten together, HA!

Boneless pork chop along with other meats for the weeks

No fat yogurt w/strawberry drink mix.

B 2 slices Deli Roast Beef and 1 slice Swiss Cheese

L Homemade Cheeseburger, no bun

D Port Chop

S 2 slices Deli Turkey and Swiss

949 Calories, 83 G Protein, 37 G Carb (not sure where this is coming from)

Your menu looks CAMAW so great job on Day 1 if that is what you are doing!
